No-interest loans are available for eligible home energy efficiency improvements through the Mass Save HEAT Loan Program. As a participating lender, we offer these 0% interest loans on qualifying improvements, which may include:

Heat pump projects
ENERGY STAR® Certified Replacement Windows*
Residential batteries enrolled in ConnectedSolutions

*Must be in conjunction with completed weatherization recommendations. HEAT Loans are available to customers of Berkshire Gas, Cape Light, Compact, Eversource, Liberty, National Grid and Unitil. Customer must meet program eligibility requirements prior to participating. Proposed equipment upgrades must be authorized prior to financing.
